The youth dance group of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania folklore ensemble "Richard Wossidlo" are according to the folklore dance festival cycle, the host group and they are looking forward to this season's highlight in this year. Our ensemble was founded in 1962, already 57 years ago now. During this time the customs of our region has been actively maintained and thus rescued from oblivion. Of course, these traditions are worked up and presented in new dances, while also working through the traditional costumes of our region plays a important role. In more than 30 countries around the world, like in Brazil, Taiwan, Canada, USA, France, Finland and Hungary our ensemble was a guest. In all this years our dancers succeeded to present our culture, our songs and dances to come home with recognition and new contacts.
